Our first visit to Turkey and Izmir. What a wonderful visit we had at Mesut’s house. We only had one issue with the toilet running and that was quickly repaired. The house is well stocked and comfortably appointed. It was a wonderful home away from home. This time of year the weather was extremely beautiful. Upstairs is a deck with a view of the ocean. We had a wonderful time on the deck. The house is about 10 minutes by taxi from downtown Izmir, and the neighborhood is very friendly. We had breakfast at Mr. Nihat’s cafe, which is a 2 minute walk from the house, and what a wonderful experience. We all loved his food and were welcomed by the neighbors who gather there each morning to hang out since Mr. Nihat and his wife provide snacks and lunches for some of the neighborhood kids. There is even a talented tailor located near the cafe, whose services we utilized, and markets and bakeries nearby to purchase items. A wonderful experience. We will stay there again if we ever visit Izmir.

Mesut’s home is so charming. The property was so comfortable for us and another couple traveling with us. The views from the roof are stunning. This is one of our favorite properties that we have EVER rented. Mesut made our stay so special. Our trip was celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. I was brought to tears when I saw he had a special cake made by his assistant, Mr. Nihat’s wife (who has a café nearby). It was such a kind and sweet gesture. Everything that you need is provided. The home was very clean. The check in and out process was very easy. We highly recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your amazing home and your hospitality!

Amazing place in a calm area with an amazing view, 15 minutes away from the center of konak with a bus stop in front of the house taken directly from the metro and extremely clean and spacious. The host is extremely kind and informative, always available and prone to help. Everything matched the description and would rebook without a second thought in case i came back

Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğünden daha büyük ve ferahtı ve terasın manzarası harikaydı. Ev temizdi ve girişte verilen ikramlar çok lezzetliydi. Girişte ve çıkışta yardım ve anlayışları için hem Emre Beye hem de Nihat beye çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Bir daha İzmir de kalmak istesek kesinlikle burayı tercih ederiz. Teşekkürler.
