So we went as a family we had 3 children with us, so you had the crazy golf the Highcross shopping centre and restaurants on your door step. I wouldn’t recommend for families with young children as being in the city centre we were right next to cocktail bars/pubs lots of noise through out the night. I say apartment ideal young couples/groups of friends location would be perfect with no children as to noisy at night. apartment bigger than expected. Bathrooms need deep cleaning stains and hairs in sink and shower. Basic facilities no bed side tables/ lamps, no iron or ironing board. No washing facilities. Heating didn’t work properly, plug sockets in kitchen area didn’t work so had to use plug sockets on the opposite side of the room to use kettle. Two Juliette balcony door locks didn’t work so you couldn’t lock doors which was a safety issue with children . Overall apartment is big but basics facilities wouldn’t recommend for families with children. Lick of paint needed and deep clean.

Great location and very good communication. However flat in poor state. Issues were not raised until arrival.
