Although I encountered some problems, the customer service was very friendly and fast to solve it . This is worthy of appreciation :) Nice stay and good location

it is just upstair of Ekocheras shopping mall. location is good however very unclear instructions given by the host during check in. Host message writen Block H lobby however it is not. The video given for unlock the digital lock is totally different with the unit digital lock 🔒 tried to call the host but not answering 😕 When entering parking, the building itself also not given good instructions board which host should mentioned that b2 parking is going by the sign of b1. it is really a mess for me to check in. frustrating and tiring. the first time I had this bad experience when self check in

Environment and place All satisfied but just the host when we leaving they call us to put the house key into the mailbox at first , when I’m driving out at the parking they need a card to open the gate but my card ardy insdie the mail box then I call the host she like don’t know what to do after few seconds she call me drive back to lobby and take back the key to scan 😀 I was so angry for This situation after few mins the security guard came and I told him he only open the gate for me ….
