David was extremely responsive and friendly. Checkin process couldn't be smoother without his help. The apartment was so clean and looks exactly like the listed pictures. Location is perfect, right in the center and walkable to restaurants and popular places. We'll be back. Highly recommend!
A very nice flat in a very convenient location that’s walkable to all the main sites. The rooftop pool and kids play area is great. We would definitely stay here again.
Our stay was really great on every aspect. It was really easy to arrive since they arranged a taxi for us. The appartment was exactly as described and as pictures look like. We were with our daughter which was 1 year lors and they put a baby cot for us. Facilities in the building were really great ! There was a playground our daugther really loved, as well as the swimming pools with different depth were she could also play. Furthermore the location is perfect to visit the city by walk. Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh ! P.s : treat yourself and go have a dinner in the rooftop "d'lart" just in front of the building entrance, it's good and the place is lovely.

We had to change our stay to only one night due to a change in our schedule but the hosts were very accommodating and even arranged a complimentary transfer to the airport for us because we missed two nights! Thank you thank you - wish we could have stayed longer
