This three-bedroom apartment is perfect for families or friends looking for a pleasant stay in Lyon. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Place Bellecour), good restaurants and shops, and bus stops are just a few steps away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city! Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 76m² apartment is on the 6th floor of a building with a lift and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. Additionally, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine is available, but please note that we do not supply capsules. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. All three bedrooms have double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Appartement neuf, très agréable pour petit groupe. très bel environnement. Tout le monde était ravi. La communication avec Benoît est très réactive. Le quartier est complètement rénové, vraiment bien situé. Idéal pour ceux qui viennent de la gare Perrache. Un super Restaurant Libanais à proximité. Bref très bon séjour. Je recommande.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk to confluence mall. Nearby cafes and restaurants. Near tramway stop. Nice to walk around and reach the center easily. Apartment was spacious and clean. With huge balcony into 2 directions (southwest) with luminous doors into kitchen and living room. High speed internet service with cableTV. All necessary equipments are available. 3 bed rooms with standard beds with enough space closets. The only thing that the apartment felt cold during the night in the living room but acceptable in the bed rooms. Overall great experience with speed check-in and check-out. For sure will go back if we visited Lyon.
Bra läge. Tryggt område. Allt var helt nytt, allt var rent, allt fungerade. Men det var totalt opersonligt och nästan sterilt eftersom ingen bor i lägenheten - verkar vara gjort för uthyrning endast. Det verkar inte vara Benoit man kommunicerar med men däremot något Airbnb supportcenter. Vilket är ok eftersom det är bra kommunikation.

The 2nd arrondissement is located at the peninsula's southern end, formed by the Saône and the Rhône. It’s a bit like the heart of Lyon, one of the shopping districts with many pedestrian shops and the largest square in Europe, Place Bellecour, with the famous statue of Louis XIV in the centre. Part of this district, in the South, has just seen the birth of the famous "Confluence" project, an urban renewal project in the hypercentre of Lyon with brand new housing, offices and shopping centres.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Charlemagne - C. Perier, is one minute away only.
The nearest train station, Lyon-Perrache, is just a 15-minute walk.
Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is about a 35-minute drive from the property.
