Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located apartments right outside the heart of Marion, Indiana. You will love the tranquil wooded country setting. We are 5 minutes from Indiana Wesleyan University & 15 minutes from Taylor University. These units are centrally located to be convenient to get to anything needed within 10-15 minutes. This place is the perfect getaway and no more than 45 minutes from Fort Wayne and an hour away from Indy. The location sits right between Indiana Wesleyan University and Taylor University, which is perfect for parents or family members visiting students. These apartments accommodate up to 2 people, due to the memory foam plush mattress queen-size bed. For the comfort of our guests, there is a private entrance with 2 parking spaces allocated per apt. The view is spectacular on the wooded lot, often visited by local wildlife.

We where only here for work but enjoyed our stay while we where there.
We had a very pleasant experience. It's really impressive how much room and amenities we had in a small space. I think the high ceilings, tasteful decor and cleanliness really helped us breathe and relax just as we were instructed to do by the cute wall sign 😉. The wifi password made my heart sing! Keep up the good work!
I loved this place. It's quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Denise is an excellent host and is very good at making people feel welcome. The location is beautiful but the gravel driveway should be taken slow as to avoid a few potholes. All in all, I highly recommend it if you're in the area.
We stayed here while visiting a friend at college and it was a cozy, peaceful space for 2 people! It’s very private and the location is great, we really enjoyed our stay! Denise was very accommodating and friendly, would definitely recommend this place!
Denise is a lovely host! She responded quickly to our questions. The apartment was super cute, super clean and so comfy. The only downside was the ability to hear those staying in the next apartment, but Denise remedied this by instituting quiet hours, which we appreciated. This location is perfect for those visiting IWU. We’ll definitely be back.
