Absolutely breathtaking, serene, a total jungle vibe. I’d definitely stay here again, although there was a slight hiccup during check in. Quick 5 min drive to the centro of Tulum and about 20 minutes from the beach and Zona Hotelera.
The suite looks exactly like the pictures. Be prepared to bring your own drinking water. The location is walkable to the center of town, but it was so hot we avoided it and ordered food in a couple of times. You can tell it is a new building and it excellent condition. The suite was very clean.
Um paraíso em Tulum! O lugar é um verdadeiro refúgio, lindo e tranquilo, a apenas alguns passos a pé do centro, onde há uma variedade de restaurantes deliciosos. Os anfitriões, Roberto e Pili, foram super comunicativos nos dando instruções. Recomendo este Airbnb a quem procura um lugar relaxante em Tulum!
The place was great, looked exactly like the pictures and I loved the minimalist Japanese style decor. The only thing I would suggest is renting a car/atv because it is a little away from the main roads. Other than that the host communication was great if I needed help getting a taxi. I’d definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our 6 days at Hacienda Wabi and felt very safe.The villas are all new and all the photo’s of the property are very accurate.Tulum is very humid and we felt thoroughly refreshed by our private plunge pool or by the “cenotesque” main swimming pool shared amongst fellow guests.Our king bed was super comfy and we loved the oversized pillows which made sleeping a dream.All rooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans if that’s your preference.The water at the property is undrinkable, so we purchased 5L water bottles at a time to have on hand to stay hydrated.The walk to La Veleta/restaurants took us around 20mins the first night, probably not something pleasant to do during the heat of the day,so we decided to hire bicycles for the remainder of our trip. (150 pesos p/day, plus a 1000 peso refundable bond upon return) We chose this area of Tulum as its quieter. Cabs to the beach were 500 pesos one way. Communication from Pili was excellent, and her recommendations spot on! xx

Las mejores opciones en Tulum siempre son rentar un scooter o un carro, ya que la ciudad y la playa están separadas por 4 kilómetros de distancia.
