It's a lovely neighbourhood being the conservation part of Clevedon.
You are near all the best parts of town, with all the best of Clevedon right on your doorstep!
There's lots of nature too, with amazing views, wonderful bird life, great coastal walks, starting with the scenic Poet's Walk and the gorgeous Ladye Bay beach around the corner. Pubs, restaurants, cafes and independant shops are all within strolling distance.
It's a local pass time to swim in the Marine lake even in winter, and passionate swimmers can also be seen on Christmas day venturing into the estuary
We have our own heritage Cinema, the stunning Art Deco Clevedon Curzon which has regular good films and events, its apparently the the oldest continually running cinema In the world as the beautiful Clevedon Pier is supposed to be the prettiest in England!
There are so many places to visit nearby, National trust property, the classic sea side at Weston Super Mare with sandy beaches, the Portishead Marina in just 10 minutes drive away, and culture filled Bristol is less than half an hour away - and can offer a vibrant day or evening out!

The parking is easy, either off road or right outside.
Public transport is great with city buses close by, local taxis are abundant and everything you'd like to do is in walking distance!
