Whether you like history, architecture, theatre, shopping, nature or just seeking out new experiences, Oxford; the ‘City of Dreaming Spires’ is a must visit.

Old Abbey House is conveniently located in the heart of Abingdon; meaning most of the local amenities such as shops, restaurants, pubs and parks are within quick and easy walking distance. However, if you want to venture further afield to surrounding areas such as Oxford or Didcot you can get straight onto the A34 if travelling by car, catch one of the many bus services or utilise the local taxis. If using trains please note that Didcot Parkway or Oxford Station are the closest stops to us. Parking - Please note that we have limited free parking on site, however, Abbey Close Car Park is just 2 minutes walk and can be paid for every 24 hours.
