I'm very satisfied with my staying at Jenny's apartment. She's very quick responding to messages and was very accommodating for us. The apartment is located in the 3rd floor of the building and offered everything as advertised. One of the key things we were looking for in our ABNB was 1. Parking and 2. price. This ABNB met both of those requirements. It's about 5 minutes from the nearest NJ Transit monorails (We used West Side and Danforth Stations to the Exchange Station, took PATH trains to NYC). The parking spot was very convenient as we didn't want to drive to NYC and have to pay tolls every which way and then worry about parking. There's a mini market across the street and an Italian restaurant on the next street. Gas stations nearby (JFK Ave) and much more. We didn't explore too much in the immediate area as we were there to visit NYC, but I am very satisfied with my staying. Thank you, Jenny!

The place is just as it is shown in the pictures. The neighborhood felt safe & having a reserved parking place was a great peace of my mind. Jenny is very responsive and she continually checked on us if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Great stay, everybody loved it!!
