The accomodation was very good for this price. Its central and almost everything can be reached by foot in Kadiköy. However, the apartment is on the ground floor which is right next to the street and as it is a busy street it can be a bit loud in one of the bedrooms. Sometimes you could hear people talking at 2-3 am and it felt like they were right next to you. Nevertheless, i would still book this airbnb again as it was very central.

Lovely flat! Along with being well-equipped and conveniently located near breakfast spots, public transport, and scenic walks, its size was a pleasant surprise. The host's responsiveness and accommodation made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I loved staying in Demir’s flat in Kadiköy. The location was incredible, so close to amazing cafes, restaurants, shops, markets, and boutiques. Very conveniently located 10 minutes walking from trains and ferries. The flat was huge, very clean, large bathroom, comfy beds with clean linens. Lots of sunlight in the flat, fresh air, on a quiet street. Demir was an amazing host, very responsive, respectful, decent, and kind. He was always quick to assist with any issues or questions I had. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

1 haftalık bir tatil sürecimde Kadıköy’ün merkezinde Demir Bey’in evinde konakladım. Semt ve muhit olarak mükemmel bir konumda, ulaşım açısından her yere yakın ve etrafta yemek yiyebileceğiniz ya da bir şeyler içebileceğiniz mekan sayısı oldukça fazla. Kültürel aktiviteler açısından da son derece güzel bir konum. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi temiz ve düzenliydi.
