Casale La Spinosa is a large country house divided in two completely indipendent apartments: Levante and Ponente. It's surrounded by a vast property of 5 ha, covered by olive trees (some of which hundreds of years old), fruit trees, small woods and green fields. This is the perfect place if you love nature, relax and peace. For art and history lovers, Ninfa gardens and the ancient villages of Sermoneta and Norma are just a few km away. ID 28727 On the groundfloor you'll find a large and confortbale lounge area with a fire place, a dining space, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, the master bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom without shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes. All spaces are full of light and you'll be surrounded by trees and green from every window. Outside, right next to the apartment, you'll find a dining space with bbq.

We decided to book Stefano’s house as part of our road trip, although it had no reviews. It more than paid off! Beautiful landscapes, lush private terrain to explore, the stay was nothing short of magical! The house enveloped us in tranquility and charm, surpassing our expectation. The house itself is freshly renovated, clean, and spacious (comfortable with 4!). The property is perfect to relax after a day of trekking (how is it possible that this area of Italy is practically off the map?!). We loved to chill next to the massive fireplace (!) Stefano’s hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. He was attentive and responsive and very acknowledged on history and nature of the area and can speak a sufficiently good English (which has been rare until now in Italy). He suggested all the nice spots to visit around by bike, as well as beaches and trekking trails within a 20 mins drive. Thank you, Stefano, for your hospitality and good luck with the BnB, I’m sure it will be a success!!

The house is located in a rural and quiet area between the Lepini Mountains and the Pontine plain.
Less than 10 minutes away walking you can find a good restaurant if you want to try the local kitchen.
A huge open air market is held every sunday just a little further away.
The closest supermarkets in the area are easily reachable by car in a few minutes (the biggest is called Conad Super Store, Via Le Pastine 18) or walking in 15-20 minutes (Punto Market Sermoneta Scalo).
If you come from Rome you can easily reach the house by car (in about 1 hour and a half) or train.
From Rome main station (Termini) you'll get to the nearest station (Latina Scalo) in only 30-40 minutes with departures almost every 30 minutes or less. If you need a lift from the station to the house (less than 5 minutes away by car), just let us know and we'll find an arrangement.
The property is just 3 km away from the beautiful medieval village of Sermoneta and less than 5 km away from the magnificent and famous gardens of Ninfa and the Pantanello Park.
Other interesting historical sites in the area are the Valvisciolo Abbey, the ancient villages of Norma and Cori with their Roman remains and Cori's delicious wines.
During the summer, you might be interested in discovering the golden dunes of Sabaudia and its coast, just 40 minutes away, and all the other beautiful coastal villages and beaches of the area, such as San Felice Circeo, Gaeta or Sperlonga.
