We had a wonderful time staying here! The house is bigger than the pictures show and decorated beautifully. It was close to Main street and had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub and the floor plan. Joe was a great host and responded quickly to any question I had. Would definitely stay here again!

We recently used Joe’s home for a girls trip and the house was amazing! Many different areas to gather, cool hot tub, a fire pit, and tons of beds! Joe was also an amazing host! He responded quickly to my questions & was flexible with the checkin hours! 10/10 would recommend this house for your next trip to Fredericksburg!

Joe was a great host and proactively reached out. It looks exactly like the pics and it's nice to have two different areas inside to hangout in as well as the outdoor space. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A beautiful, clean and spacious home on a quiet street, close to the Main Street of Fredericksburg. The house was big enough for two families of five (4 adults, 6 kids). We all loved the backyard and the hot tub. Joe was an excellent host and very welcoming and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for a gathering of friends! We had 8 ladies and fit comfortably. It was beautifully decorated and the amenities were thoughtful and complete. Great attention to detail (nice towels, dishes, cookware, placemats, etc). The home is actually more spacious than what we thought from the photos! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is a short drive from the attractions on Fredericksburg’s Main Street. We all agreed that we will put this on our list to rent again!
