Keith was great to work with and answered all my questions very responsively. The house was beautiful and perfect for our 6 adult getaway (3 siblings plus spouses). Location is amazing - quiet Pamlico Sound in the back yard, and just a 5 minute walk across the street to a very quiet and pristine Atlantic Ocean beach. Best of both worlds! Would definitely rent this house again!

Great stay! Internet was down for the last few days at no fault of the owner. The sound side was nice. We were able to kayak and the water is so shallow the kids loved wading in it. The whole family loved it!

House was very clean and ideally located with immediate access to the Sound and a short walk to the beach. The layout provides for privacy or gathering areas if you wish. A real nice feature if you are a party with a wide range of ages. We will recommend to our friends!

This home is as advertised and more! Perfect location. Gorgeous unobstructed sunsets from the deck. Quick walk to the beach. Kayaks were used daily on the calm sound. Beautifully decorated and thoroughly furnished with everything we needed and more than listed. A/C worked great. House is well lit, clean, and very quiet. No issues with the internet or tv. Bunk beds are great for older kids who don’t want to share a bed. The other bedrooms are quite spacious and the bathrooms are up-to-date as well(although the tubs are maybe a bit slippery?). Plenty of windows to take in the view. Lots of seating in the common area. Would definitely stay there again. HEADS UP: As a very experienced vacation home renter the checkout to-do list was quite extensive and surprising compared to several dozen other rentals we have used. Also- the mosquitoes can be a real bother all day on the ground, and even reach up to the decks before dawn and at sundown. No problem on the beach tho. Bring bug spray for this amazing rental. It’s worth swatting a few bugs!
