Fair price. I had 2 challenging situations that forced my hand to cut the trip short twice. Melanie was very understanding. The wayer pressure in the master bathroom sinks was weak and took a while to heat up. However, the shower was to die for and heated up quickly. Not a show stopper, but I suggest installing a towel rack under the window next to the shower. I like to dry off in the shower while it's still warm before stepping into the cooler bathroom space. Unlike a previous guest complaint about not being able to watch traditional TV channels, the solution is simple. Use the firestick to search (NBC in my case to watch morning today show & local news), then DOWNLOAD the app. Hit the home button on the firestick. Click all the way to right and click icon to load all apps. Click down to find your app. Once it loads, click UP on the ring, then over to "LIVE" on the right to see your show. Nice walking trail through woods to Holy Springs Cultural Center. ENJOY!

We thought this house was very cute and clean. Loved the big backyard for the dog. Melanie is very responsive when needed . Unfortunately for us, the hot water heater broke, and we had no hot water for showers and bathing the week we were there. To Melanie’s credit she sent someone right over to check the hot water heater but sadly the whole water heater needed to be replaced. We were a week without hot water. Luckily my son lives in the area so we had a place to shower. One slight negative, we are older and didn’t like having a TV that you had to install and or buy channels and networks .lol we just wanted to watch our regular shows in the evening on regular local channels. I know this would NOT bother younger folks who stream everything. On the positive side ,The house is located in a safe neighborhood and that’s very important to us . Plus The area is very convenient to everything you’ll need. If it hadn’t been for the no hot water this would be a 5 Star place!

Beautiful home that was so welcoming. This was definitely a great place to stay with our dogs after moving from so far away. Book it you won’t be disappointed and neither will your fur babies.
