Great little one night getaway for us and Teddy( our dog) The host was very responsive and all was perfect!

The previous client made some comments about the unit that did not agree with my experience. She also made some I agree with. The sleeper sofa was really more like a futon. The kitchen had everything we needed stove fridge microwave toaster oven blender coffee make dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. We fined out most of the time. The beach was right across the street and the town center was a couple of blocks away. Easily walkable! Haardt very responsive when I had to tell him the clothes washer quit working. We went to early dinner and it was fixed before we returned. Overall really good experience!

Location, location, location-in need of serious repairs from neglected regular maintenance and no love-despite the name.The host is responsive, cottage has wonderful water pressure and the location is PERFECT! Extend my stay because of my dog- not many dog friendly places and my sherpa(aka husband) departed. The mildew smell from the rotting baseboards in bathroom(shower-no glass or curtain). Missing screens and windows falling/hanging in by a screw. Pans were warped griddles. Cooktop missing a knob. Full size bed(2pillows)accommodates 2 average height/fit people that like to snuggle. Sofa is a futon(think Frat house) no additional linens/pillows/blanket. Tv is more like a pc/monitor without basic cable.Low hanging branches with no landscaping lights. Gate is in pieces next to fence and looks like it has been there for years. Everything(interior/exterior)needs to painted. I would stay here again for the location but not at the same rate unless everything mentioned has been remediated

Beautiful and great location , quaint adorable cottage. My only complaint was that it was very cold because the heater couldn't compete with less than 40 degree February nights. We brought extra blankets with us thankfully! Definitely would stay again , when warmer!

What location was perfect and the place has a lot of potential but it is quite rundown.
