Rhoda’s apartment was just as the pictures showed - spotless and beautifully decorated. Our family of 4 (with 2 teens) were very comfortable. We ran into a couple issues and Rhoda was always quick to respond. I suggest having a few more plates and utensils in the kitchen so meal prep would go more efficiently. We did get a parking ticket one morning at 11am. There were no signs on the street indicating that we were parked in the wrong location. I would ask about known town parking rules in the future to avoid a $30 parking ticket. Ultimately, Rhoda’s place was great and Rhoda was a wonderful host. She even responded at 3am to a smoke detector low battery alarm in the lower apartment going off! This was amazing!

This apartment is lovely - bright and airy with nice furnishings. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host is friendly and flexible. Street parking was easy and coffee and stores are nearby. The place comfortably fit six adults, and had a great common area to hang out in. It's not quite set up for six - with sets of four for most things, and could do with a microwave or a baking tray to heat things up. We were traveling with our elderly dad who has a leg injury and before we booked, we had asked the host if there were many stairs in the place other than the front ones (in fact we chose the place because there are two bedrooms on the main floor) and she had said no. Unfortunately, it turned out that there was actually a steep staircase leading to the main floor once you entered the unit. It was difficult for dad and so we ended up leaving a day early. We'll be back in the neighborhood and would stay here again, as long as we don't have our seniors with us.
