Simeon’s place had everything to be a very good Airbnb, was clean, nice place and good location. It just had a few bits that could easily be resolved that made for a bit of a frustrating trip, no hand soap in any bathroom, couldn’t get any hot water for a shower and the vacuum was broken and no broom or dustpan available to clean up. Overall it was a comfortable cosy place, just needs a few of the basics sorting. I’d recommend staying based on those few bits being sorted out.

Good house with a good location.
Used as a base for exploring Nottingham as our daughter is (hopefully) coming to Nottingham Trent University in September. Handy 5 min walk to the tram station to get. We would definitely stay again when we come down to visit our daughter
One of the best stays I’ve had . The host is very good at communicating and very helpful too .id definitely recommend
