Unfortunately we couldn't stay due to the excessive mold in the home. we suffered allergies and respiratory issues as soon as we entered. We checked out the next day.
It was a beautiful house where myself and some friends stayed whilst visiting the Gold Coast and it was spacious and well located. Everything was exactly as the listing said on Air BnB and was clean and well presented. highly recommended if you have a group of more than 4 and wanting to stay at the Gold Coast but not to close to the riff raff.
The place is great and neat. However, the hot water in the ensuite was not working. The kitchen did not have a fire blanket or gas bottle when there is an emergency. They have to put more aluminum wraps in the kitchen for the oven. No enough dishwashing liquids could be found. If the owner can fix these things, this will be nice accommodation.
The words "luxurious" and "exotic" should be removed from the description. The house was spacious but was very minimally furnished. The only TV in the 5 bedroom house was in the dining room. The only seating to watch the TV was 6 hard backed wooden dining chairs. We moved the TV to the lounge room and 2 of our party of 5 senior adults had to sit on the floor to watch the TV as the couch is so uncomfortable. The crockery in the kitchen consisted of 4 dinner plates and 4 smaller plates - all mismatched in colour and size, and a large number of bowls. There was not one drinking glass. There were 4 only wine glasses. One garbage bag was supplied for our 7 night stay. No ice cube trays or cold water jug for the fridge. No salt, pepper, oil, etc. The downstairs living area had 1 box style airconditioner, and the ensuite had a split system to service 4 bedrooms which was totally inadequate. The outside "dining area" had 3 wooden chairs and 3 backless wooden stools. The beds were comfortable.
Big place but not enough facilities (pots and chairs) to support big groups, dining table too small. Broken soap holders in each bathroom which is a bit dangerous. Only has 2 aircon in the whole big house which is not enough
