This one-bedroom apartment (on the ground-floor) is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential area of the 19th arrondissement of Paris. It's the ideal location, as it faces the Parc des Buttes Chaumont - perfect for a walk or jog. It's also close to restaurants, minimarkets and cafés, and close to transport metro, making it easy to get around (Metro: 7bis). Welcome to my apartment! Tastefully furnished, this lovely 50m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed to lounge and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer/dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, clean towels and complimentary toiletries (including shampoo, soap) The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The flat also has a free cot and a free booster seat. Enjoy your stay!

Great location for families. 1 minute walk to a huge park. 1 minute walk to bus 75 which takes you all over the city, or 6-7 minute walk to the metro. Great restaurant right next door, Sunny, that’s open until 2AM. Although the apartment is right next to the street, it must have sound proof walls/windows because you can’t hear anything. Very quiet. Would stay again!
Appartamento eccellente, adatto alle nostre esigenze. Nonostante un piano terra con affaccio su strada e il bistrot confinante, la casa è estremamente silenziosa. È pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Pierre è un host incredibile e ha reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sie hat viele Vorteile. verschiedene Metrostationen in der Umgebung. man kommt überallhin in Paris. Gegenüber ein schöner Park. Allerdings sehr viel Verkehr. Im Restaurant Sunny sind alle sehr hilfsbereit. Wir durften auch schon etwas früher in die Wohnung. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Sie könnten das Fenster zum Hof erneuern. Da hört man jeden Nachbarn der sein Abfall entsorgt. teilweise sogar bis 10.00 in der Nacht. Schallisoliert wie zu der Straße wäre gut. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Harald Miller
Together with my friend we had an incredible stay at the apartment. Even if it wasn't to big, the interior was lovely and we both immediately felt at home. There may not have been much to do and see in the area ( just a big park) but it was useful to have different supermarkets and bakeries at walking distance. This also applies for the metro. Just a five minute walk and we could go wherever we wanted in Paris. In some other reviews I read that people complained about the noise the boilers makes. I slept on the sofa bed (which was very comfortable and surprisingly large ) and have to say that it didn't disturbed me. In conclusion, great place, good time and a friendly, helpful host :)
Lovely apartment! Well equipped, tasteful, and clean. We were a family with two young children and it didn’t feel crowded at all. Great (non-central) location. Lots of extra towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The only issue we had was the inconsistency of the boiler, sometimes taking a while to get started and to heat the water. Despite that, I would stay here again.

The 19th arrondissement is a flagship for urban regeneration. Families enjoy the Canal de l'Ourcq with its waterfront promenade and bike lane that leads to Parc de la Villette. The park is home to museums such as the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and concert venues. The manicured Parc des Buttes Chaumont has waterfalls and city views, while hip crowds hang out in cafes and check out edgy art at Cent Quatre.
During the Summer, the Bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches). There, children and grown-ups play boules. Many pedaloes are seen on the canal, and people get a sun tan on the beach.
Between the water and the culture, Paris will be at your feet!
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station is line 7bis, Buttes-Chaumont, is just a 5-minute walk.
Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.
