Hello ! WELCOME TO MY HOUSE ! My name is Jason, my house is newly design and build by me and my team, it is a 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Seaview apartment which can fit 4-5 pax. Guest who booked my place will definitely love it because of the location, neighbourhood, the people around. my place is good for ( Couples ), ( Business travellers ), & ( Families with kids ) Everyday you woke up the first thing that you'll do is make yourself a cup of coffee and enjoy the view :)

Jesselton Quay is strategically located in the city centre of Kota Kinabalu, locations that list below are within walking distance:
Suria shopping mall - 10 mins
Gleneagles medical centre - 20 mins
Restaurant dining & bars - 2 mins
Welcome seafood restaurant - 15 mins
Anjung senja local food court - 20 mins
Centre point shopping mall - 15 mins
Philippino night market - 15 mins
Jesselton Point - 5 mins
Suria shopping mall - 7 mins
Waterfront - 15 mins
Warisan square - 15 mins
- you can take a taxi or grab car outside of Jesselton Quay, However I recommend you to take Grab Car it would be much cheaper than taxi, it cost around RM5 to RM11 from Jesselton Quay to anywhere near town or to the airport.
