Blanca Beach House for 12 is the left hand side of a duplex building, both upstairs and downstairs. Walk down the path to the left of the house and enter through the front door. On this level you will find a king bedroom with ensuite, 2 queen bedrooms, and a shared bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and a full laundry. Continue down the hall to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area which look out to the terrace and grassed area. The upstairs level is accessed by a separate door at the front of the property (there is no internal access between upstairs and downstairs). The upstairs level also has a king bedroom with ensuite, 2 queen bedrooms, and shared bathroom. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area are located at the front of the dwelling and open to a balcony where guests can enjoy views of Jervis Bay! WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it? This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. There is a large Samsung smart TV in each lounge room. Please bring your own login details for streaming services. Is there any special information I should know about? Please be aware that there is a security camera on the roof overlooking the front council driveway only. This will not impact your privacy at all and is purely for security purposes when the house is vacant. What are the minimum stay rules? - Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Peak Season rules?
