Welcome to our SOF Holiday Haven! Explore Villa Les Palmiers, a French-style luxury villa with high-end furnishings, named after its beautiful garden palm trees. Just 15 minutes from Cannes Beach, 7 minutes from Mougin, it's the ideal central retreat in the South of France. This exquisite retreat is exceptionally spacious & accommodates up to 12 (up to 14) guests after a full renovation in 2022. Welcome to our expansive and luxurious villa that promises a truly unforgettable stay. As you step onto the garden, you'll be greeted by an enormous garden featuring a lush lawn area, perfect for outdoor activities and leisurely strolls. Adjacent to the house, you'll discover a charming dining area where an outdoor built-in pizza oven and barbecue await, allowing for delicious al fresco dining experiences. Our pool area is equally impressive, boasting a spacious pool with 10 comfortable sunbeds for those seeking relaxation under the sun. For the adventurous, there's even a diving board for thrilling poolside fun. The garden also includes a huge pool house that hosts a full bar including a fridge, ice machine, sink & cocktail making kit, a huge seating area for shade, & a toilet. We also have a children's play area, an outdoor shower and a hammock that hangs between two of our palm tree's for an afternoon snooze! The interior of our villa is no less impressive. You'll find spacious double bedrooms and a separate apartment-style room that can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. This side apartment features its own kitchen area and en-suite bathroom, providing extra privacy and convenience. The heart of the home is the family room, which encompasses a welcoming living area seamlessly connected to an open-plan kitchen. This communal space is perfect for gathering, bonding, and sharing memorable moments with your loved ones. There is a 12 person outdoor dining area and a 6 person indoor dining area. At our villa, you can expect an abundance of space, both indoors and outdoors, where comfort and leisure go hand in hand, making your stay truly remarkable.

Hannah’s place is really simply gorgeous! We had a wonderful stay. It was actually more beautiful in real life than the photos. Very spacious, gorgeous gardens and beautiful decor. Everything you needed to live comfortably was there. There were a couple of issues (blocked drains, which were unblocked pretty quickly by Emma, but then left a terrible smell, and also some flooding that got through from all the rain they had) but everything was responded to and dealt with extremely quickly. We didn’t have a car but used Ubers everywhere which was easy. We also used Uber eat for food shop deliveries which worked well. We did walk back from Lidl once which wasn’t far. I would definitely recommend and would love to return if I ever were to return to this part of France 🫶🏼

With my friends we stayed at Hanna’s place for my birthday. This wonderful house is a dream! Beautiful, clean, very country French. We really enjoyed spending time there. We even had a private chef. It was perfect! Hannah is a great hostess always very responsive. I would love to go back! The location is great but you definitely will need a car specially if you are planning to visit Cannes, Antibes, Nice.
Beautiful house and ground, and extremely well maintained. Very comfortable, and very well decorated, I would say that Hannah's place has the feel of a petit château. Communication was smooth and very friendly. I would definitely go back there.
