was fantastic as wanted to be central to amineties. walked distance every would recommend for family wanting to do everything fantasy island ect .Two mins to main strip .

Nice clean comfy van in a great location for fantasy island. Danny was great at responding to pre arrival questions. No issues whilst we were there. Great value for money

completely satisfied , this beautiful caravan had everything you need great location, took our cat and she was so relaxed.Danny and his family were always available when needed. we will definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

Danny had given very helpful instructions to find the place and check-in. The caravan had enough space and had all the amenities needed for a short stay including kitchen utensils. Could have been more clean as there was lots of pet hair which I was able to hoover on 1st day. Caravan was very close to the local beach and shops and 15mins drive to Skegness attractions. Overall had a fab time!
