*Back yard not currently usable* Peaceful and cozy duplex in beautiful Saint John West. Newly renovated, with gorgeous views of the harbour. Walking distance to the historic Carleton Martello Tower, as well as Moosehead brewery and Bay Shore Beach. 5-minute drive to all amenities (grocery stores, pharmacy, liquor store etc.), 8-minute drive to bustling Uptown with many shops and restaurants. Also nearby is beautiful Irving Nature Park, full of trails, beaches and great views. 2-level duplex, newly-renovated and very cozy, with newly-installed wood stove. 2 bedrooms with comfy queen-sized mattresses and a pullout couch in the living room for extra sleepers. Large office space, Roku/Netflix, fast wifi.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The house is very comfortable and all the furnishings and kitchen essentials have everything you need. The colours of the house and co-ordination with furniture styles makes for an inviting space. We also appreciated the TV already hooked up with Netflix and the USB enabled speaker. Great views over the city although it's slightly out of the main town. That wasn't an issue for us. Lyra was very welcoming and responsive to our requests. She allowed us to host a small reunion for our family which was much appreciated.
Good place to stay. It has lots of space.
Our stay was amazing. We stayed for 3 months as we were relocating to the area. Lyra and Less were very responsive. The place is quiet and has everything you need to feel at home.

This is a quiet, safe neighborhood. We often leave our door unlocked and neighbours are very friendly.
A car is the easiest way to get around, but we are right on a bus line that can get you to the mall, Uptown, etc. There are also several local taxi services.
