The house has 3 bathrooms, 2 of them complete, as there are several rooms, the bathrooms have been divided for the convenience of each user, one bathroom is for some rooms and the other bathroom for other different rooms, this way not everyone uses the same bathroom. the guests. In addition, the use of the barbecue and the rest of the house is free, I only ask that whatever you use you leave it as clean as you found it, at each entrance you will find your room completely disinfected and the bathroom as well, there is no cleaning service or of beds during your stay, so we ask that you keep, above all, the bathroom as clean as possible because during the stay it is not cleaned more times until a new guest enters.

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gefallen, alles so gewesen wie beschrieben. Anabel hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns direkt alles gezeigt. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut aber es gab zu viele Regeln.
I was an amazing time with Anabel , she is a great host and she kept guiding us through our stay in Barcelona with information , the house is very clean and nice and she offered us free coffee and tea , common areas are clean , she replies quickly and with accurate answers I would recommend here home to all my friends visiting Barcelona

Ha sido una estancia breve, pero Anabel ha sido muy amable, al explicarme todo de la habitación ha sido muy cómoda la estancia.
I had a great stay at Anabel's place. She was a really good host - helpful and quick to respond. The photos are accurate, everything was as described. Washing machine, dryer and coffee express helped a lot during my stay. If you are not an early bird the street noise can be a bit disturbing - I would recommend ear plugs. However, the metro station is only a few minutes by foot. The atmosphere was relaxed, I felt at home and was able to have a rest after long days of exploration of the city. I hope to visit again soon!

Located in the Cal Artigues neighborhood, just 3 blocks from the apartment, walking approximately between 2 and 3 minutes, is the Cal Artigues L2 metro station, the most modern Lilac line, you also have the Tram just 3 blocks walk away.
