Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience. I attempted to change my reservation dates due to unforeseen circumstances so reached out to the host to discuss options. However, the host was unaccommodating to my request. Despite my efforts to work towards a solution, he showed a lack of concern and empathy towards my situation. He would say he wanted to "open the dates" and said Airbnb was not helping but I later found out through Airbnb that he was ignoring their messages. I felt frustrated as I was unable to modify my reservation to better suit my needs. As a fairly new user of Airbnb, I expected a certain level of flexibility and understanding from hosts. I wasn't staying at a hotel but even hotels show empathy. Unfortunately, this particular host failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I strongly advise against booking with this host, as their lack of unwillingness to accommodate guests' needs greatly diminished the overall experience.

Carl was a wonderful host. Very friendly and respectful. At first I couldn’t find the place but a call to Carl and his directions to his place was spot on. I felt very welcomed.

Carl is an excellent host!!! We can give him 10 stars!!! Very helpful, very professional and informative! The property is very nice and clean, bedroom with king size bed, separate kitchen,nice living room, dining table, A/C, and good Wi-Fi! Large table with chairs outside, very relaxing area, just enjoy watching all beautiful birds! Hellen and Carl there are very respectful, very professional excellent customer service, 10 stars ! We highly recommend using Northside stay , nice location, 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes drive to The Dickenson Bay ! Thank you Car and Hellen ! Definitely we have to come back!

Carl is an excellent host. He met us at the property and helped with the luggage. Explained everything during check-in. The property has a large living room, bedroom and separate kitchen. The bright bedroom has a king size bed, chest of drawers and bed side tables. The living room has sofas and a dining table. There are powerful A/C units and Amazon Fire TVs in the bedroom and the living room. Good Wi-Fi reception through out the property. There is a dining table and chairs outside. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle and a fridge. There were two large bottles of water in the fridge, tea, coffee, milk and some biscuits, which was a nice touch. Carl also kindly provided us with two foldable chairs and a beech umbrella which saved us a lot of money at the beaches. We mainly went to Dickenson Bay beach which is 5 minutes drive from the property. Epicurean supermarket is 2.7 miles away and First Choice Foods is 3 miles away. Thank you Carl and Helen.
