Large patio & grassed yard. Lock up single garage. Plenty of Parking. Walk to beach, park, skate park, shops & pub. Short drive to the Sand Dunes. The home is cosy and comfortable. There is wifi. Sleeps 4 Adults & 2 children in the bunks. The master bedroom has a wardrobe with a chest of drawers inside. Bedroom 2 with the bunks for 2 children, has a rack for clothing, storage etc. Bedroom 3 contains a queen size bed and a rack for clothing storage etc. . All linen is provided, but don’t forget to bring your beach towels. The kitchen has everything you need, including a breakfast bar with 4 stools, electric stove & oven, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, pots & pans, cutlery, dishes, tea towels, washing up liquid, bin bags etc. in case of a power outage there are emergency torches in the kitchen pantry. The lounge area has a split system air con unit and a ceiling fan. There is a large, grassed fenced backyard. A large patio and outdoor furniture. (The shed is locked with the owner's belongings) There is plenty of parking out the front, retic is in use in the front grassed area and a single garage if you need to lock anything up eg, motorbikes etc.
