A peaceful and beautiful condo unit located in one of the prime locations in Cebu! Calyx Residences is in Ayala Business Park walking distance from Ayala Malls. Complete amenities, we have a nice Gym for you to work out and infinity pool located at the roof top of the building. You will also enjoy a beautiful view from the window of your room where you can see Cebu city view. And at night get to enjoy the city lights. VALID ID/PASSPORT is required Calyx residences is located in one of the prime location in Cebu city the staff in the building are so friendly and nice. The area itself is so peaceful and you will really feel like home. Four bath towels are also available. And for 3 nights stay requesting of extra towel is charged.

Die Wohnung von Vincent hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist Teil einer tollen Wohnanlage in einer modernen und schönen Umgebung. Der Infinity-Pool auf dem Dach war unser Highlight. Dort kann man sehr gut entspannen und tolle Sonnenuntergänge anschauen. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchen und wir haben uns besonders über den Wasserspender im Zimmer gefreut. Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der Ayala Mall kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Ansonsten ist es auch sehr leicht Essen liefern zu lassen. Mit dem Transport in der Stadt und vom Flughafen hatten wir keine Probleme und können Grab empfehlen. Es hat uns insgesamt so gut in Calyx Residences gefallen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Glücklicherweise war noch eine andere Wohnung im Gebäude verfügbar. Wir können Calyx Residences und Vincents Wohnung jedem empfehlen.
This is a beautiful condo in a private building and area with paid parking. you can easily walk to restaurants and the massive ayala mall. There is a great gym on the first floor and a beautiful pool with amazing views of sunset and sunrise everyday. everything is super secure signing into use facilities. just please read and abide by the buildings rules and your stay will be an amazing experience. me and my fiance had a wonderful time here and will definitely stay again in the future. the kitchen is amply stocked for a couple if you want to stay in and cook as well. thank you for the wonderful experience Vincent.
comfortable apartment in a modern building, all very convenient. if you're planning to stay in this part of town Vincent's place is an excellent choice. for me, it seems like the fashionable part of town these days is the itpark, so personally I'd get a place there next time I'm in town, livelier. but again, apartment itself, and the complex, are both excellent

Vincent is one of my favorite hosts and I love all of his units. Whenever I visit Cebu (and I visit a couple of times a year), I always book with him. Sometimes dates and timing don't line up, but he finds a way to accommodate me. His place is very clean and has everything I need (comfortable bed, towels, soaps, fresh sponges). I highly recommend any of his spots and would definitely book with him again.

Walking around the area you can see a lot of people exercising, jogging or walking there pets specially during afternoon. You will also see guards in cebu business park where you can really see/feel that the neighborhood is safe. It’s a gated neighborhood parking lot within the premises. There might be some noise sometimes because it’s surrounded by residential areas, but the community inside the building are really quiet. The staff and guards are friendly.
It is inside Cebu business park so it is a walking distance to Ayala malls. Parking is inside the premises which is also first come first serve basis with 35php per entry fee.
