This stunning Airbnb boasts two cozy and comfortable bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to 5 guests. The bedrooms feature both queen and single-sized beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for all. One of the standout features of this home is the mini-split AC in each room to ensure a perfect temperature during your stay. With high-speed internet and and designer furniture throughout you'll have everything you need to stay connected and productive during your stay. The open concept living and kitchen area is perfect for gathering with friends and family, with ample seating a large dining table inside (Seats 6). The kitchen is fully equipped with Blender, Coffee maker, Cookware, Dish ware, Flatware, Freezer, Glassware, Granite counter-tops, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Spices, Stove and Toaster. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks during your stay. Step outside onto the private patio and take in the fresh Pacific Beach air. This secluded outdoor space is the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee, enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, or simply to relaxing in the patio. The outdoor space also has a large dining table perfect for alfresco dining. (seats 8) Located just a short walk from the beach, this Airbnb is perfectly situated for exploring all that Pacific Beach has to offer. We welcome your dog, up to 2 dogs 40 lbs each. Please note that this property is NOT fully fenced off. There is parking for one mid-size vehicle included with this listing. The parking space is located in the driveway in front of the FRONT house. Please only park in the far left parking spot. A second car can fit providing both cars are compact size and are parked tandem. Street parking available. Please pay attention to street sweeping schedule signs. The first Wednesday and Thursday of every month. We had a great stay at Alexa’s property. The home was very clean and the location was great. Alexa was a great host and very responsive.
The only criticism would be description. I thought it was a stand alone home when it actually had apartment upstairs and roof top that was available for rent for events..
My highest priority is cleanliness, and this place was IMMACULATE— easily the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The entire place is completely up to date and so well cared for. The kitchen and bathrooms are very stylish and the tile is so cool. Every appliance was in good working order including the a/c and fans. What I also enjoyed very much was the owners sense of style, especially the comforter and sheets in the master. Super convenient to everything and I ought to know—I live just up the street. We stayed here while we were refinishing the floors in our house.
Alexa was very responsive and instructions were clear! Enjoyed using the beach equipment at local beaches. I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit San Diego! If you have a Tesla or EV, this is the spot!

Downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp District, San Diego Convention Center (20 min away).
San Diego is an active city - you will be tempted to try water sports from Surfing to Jet-ski and Kayaking, hiking or strolling by the beach, biking and so on.
If you intend to stay in pacific beach for the duration of your stay - walking and bicycles will serve you well. If you go around town the easiest way is with a car.

Eran and I have been living in San Diego (specifically in Pacific Beach) since 2003. We have 3 beautiful children; a boy and two girls. I love reading, cooking and am passionate about good healthy food. I also enjoys spending time outdoors/nature. For excercise I do Pilates and practice yoga. We travel quite often, as our family is spread all over the globe. We love spending time in new places.
