Enjoy your stay in this well-appointed 1,400 SF historic home next door to Bell Tower Brewing Co., walkable to downtown Kent, the river hike and bike trail and a short drive to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This home has a bedroom and full bath on the first floor and three bedrooms and full bath on the second floor. It is ideal for families, friend groups and couples.

Great space in a great location. I would definitely stay there again.
A perfect base home for our college reunion during the eclipse. This homey house is beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed with everything a full house needs to live comfortably. You're a 5 minute walk to the River Trail and 7 minutes to all of the shops and restaurants of downtown. Even better, the yummy Belltower Brewery and Restaurant is literally next door. Bridget is a SUPER Super Host -- so warm, responsive and helpful. She makes Kent your home away from home.
Absolutely delightful stay at this charming heritage home in Kent, Ohio! The location is perfect for exploring the town's vibrant streets and enjoying the lovely restaurants nearby. Bridget was incredibly accommodating with check-in, and her place is impeccably decorated and sparkling clean. Despite an extremely minor issue with Netflix, Ryan promptly came to the rescue with a solution—excellent service! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend! Don’t forget to check out Bell Tower next door for a great bite to eat!

Hop House is located in the Historic West River Neighborhood. The West River Neighborhood was the first center of commerce and civic activity in Kent. The neighborhood includes historic Brady’s Leap Park, Franklin Town Hall, the Masonic Temple, and it was the location of the first bridge built across the Cuyahoga River in Kent in 1803.
Hop House is located within convenient walking distance to downtown Kent, Kent State University, breweries, restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. There is ample on-site and street parking.
