Short walking distance to the Santa Claus village with many experiences and restaurants. City of Rovaniemi 7 km, airport 4 km. Living room and kitchen are open space, practical and cosy. Comfortable sitting area. Beautiful Christmas tree will be built. Large wooden dining table with six chairs (high chair available). Kitchen is equipped with Finnish quality glasses, dishes, pots and serving plates. Coffee, tea, some basic spices, salt, sugar, flour etc are ready to be used. We have three bedrooms: one downstairs and two upstairs. Each bedroom has two beds. - Upstairs there is a double bed in a spacious room with large mirror doors (walk-in closet). Small table and a armchair. Additional baby travel bed is available (then beds for total 7 persons), please inform us in advance! - Childrens' bedroom with two beds: smaller for a toddler / little kid, normal size bed for a bigger child / teenager. A desk and smaller furnitures. - Downstairs we have a smaller bedroom (guestroom) with double bed. Wardrobe for clothes to be hanged. An office is located downstairs, with large writing desk and an armchair. Fast wifi works by a password in the whole house. For children we have a playroom upstairs with toys, puzzles, table games and books (suitable for different ages). A small desk with four little chairs. Outside there are sledges and slides waiting. In living room there is a TV that has Disney+ and Netflix accounts, along with general cable TV channels. If you have a baby or a toddler, you can use our Emmaljunga Mondial de Luxe baby stroller / trolley, which has large wheels - works well on snowy roads. The stroller is in good condition. If needed for longer walks or naps outside, we can provide an extra blanket to keep your little one warm. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. Downstairs bathroom with sauna, two showers. A separate restroom. Upstairs we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. Both toilets have a toddler potty available. Towels are of high quality and for guest use only. Please feel free to suggest, if you have some wishes! I'll be happy to help! NO SMOKING INSIDE! Please notice, that the fireplace and the wood owen inside are not available. Outside we have a pretty barbecue hut, where you can make a small campfire, warm some drinks or cook marsmallows, f.e. The atmosphere of the hut is very comforting and open fire calming - a part of authentic Lapland, only for your family!
