L'Elce" Room is on the ground floor of the main building. It has two independent entrances connecting it to a loggia and communal living room on one side and the garden on the other. Sleeps 2 (plus possible additional bed). Available also for single occupancy. En suite bathroom fully fitted for use by the disabled. Room is equipped with air / warm condition, wi fi, safe. The room is in our agriturismo Poggio del Bolognino, with swimming pool, in the Umbrian countryside, can accommodate up to 20- 25 guests, just an hour's drive from Rome, thirty minutes from Orvieto, 2 hours from Florence and an hour from Siena. Possibility to organize small events, birthday parties, small weddings, etc ... We put ourselves at your disposal. Come and visit us!

Il posto è meraviglioso, immerso nella natura e curato in ogni dettaglio! Avendo un bimbo di 4 mesi ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di poter cenare nel ristorante della struttura (molto buono) e la gentilezza dei proprietari di farci stare nelle zone più silenziose! Inoltre ci sono diversi giochi utili per bambini più grandi, torneremo sicuramente!
Een hele fijne plek om te verblijven. Aardige mensen, mooi verblijf, schoon en alles aanwezig. Een prachtige omgeving met een fijn zwembad en grote tuin met verschillende leuke zitjes. Je kunt er ook ontbijten en dineren wat sims erg handig is . Kortom een aanrader.
This accommodation was even better than in the pictures. Very nice room and pool, a lot of areas to sit and relax. Great host also! The area is nice, with a lot of old villages to visit. The only small downside is that you have to go everywhere by car (so no wine, which is a pity if you're in Italy :)
We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf in Poggio del Bolognino. Het huis is echt prachtig gelegen, midden in de natuur en met een indrukwekkend uitzicht op de omgeving. Schitterend! Ideale uitvalsbasis ook voor o.a. een bezoek aan Rome (ongeveer een uurtje met de trein). Giulia en haar familie hebben er echt alles aan gedaan opdat we ons "thuis" zouden voelen. Bedankt voor het warme ontvangst!

The country house is surrounded by a large garden for the enjoyment of guests, and the land belonging to the farm. The swimming pool is wonderfully situated on the top of a hill enjoying breathtaking views as far as the distant horizon, with a bird’s eye view over the Tiber River Valley and the Badlands, including Monte Soratte and Monte Amiata. The garden has a bbq and a little play area for children.
You can reach Rome by train in less than one hour. The railway station (Attigliano) is 8 km from the house, and we can provide a free shuttle. To and from Rome, there are trains every two hours.
You can rent a car from Fiumicino airport.
