Clarence the property manager was extremely flexible, understanding, responsive and professional. With a big group and a big property like this one, small things always happen (coffee pods not being the right type (probably bought by previous guests), hot water turning itself off (probably one of the kids played with the switch) etc.) but Clarence was always so helpful. We even invited him to our pizza lunch! The property itself is perfect, the location could not be better. I will be booking again!
