The kitchen had everything we needed as did the rest of the accommodation, which was all to a high standard. Great location from the high street and station with good local information provided. A nod to the extra comfy chair too. The conservatory and garden get the sun for most of the day too, which was nice in the mornings.

We had a really lovely stay at Cathy’s place! The beds were comfy, the house was clean and it was definitely a home away from home. Also very handy with a little one as there are no stairs!

Loved walking up to the south downs on the weekend. Also commuting to Brighton was quite easy. Loved the view of the garden and listening to the birds chirping. Very relaxing! I would stay here again.

No problems all good. Lovely clean and comfortable property. Cathy is a great host, very responsive. Information for check-in was clearly presented and the guys had a very smooth check-in and check-out. We would return if working in the area again. Many thanks.
