What a lovely stay! The place was super clean and absolutely beautiful. I went with my girlfriend. There was plenty of beach access, and restaurants close by. the golf cart was a great way to get around. I would absolutely book this place again for another trip.
My friend and I spent a 4 night girl’s trip at this beautiful place! The condo was impeccably clean and very comfortable! The location was great! Very close to many wonderful restaurants, shops and beaches. Our host was very prompt to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place to others!
The Tipsy Turtle was beautiful and had everything we needed for a quick 5-day stay. The hosts always got back to me immediately if I had a question. I would absolutely rent from Sarah again!
The place was clean and comfortable. The location was the only issue. The pool was so busy people had to bring beach chairs in to sit and it was extremely crowded all day. Deer state park is a nearby beach but parking was an issue and the procedure to wait to park there was waiting for a percentage of the parking lot to empty before they allowed even bikes to enter. This seems important to understand since it’s the closest beach to the listing with bathrooms and has the largest parking lot. The other beach parking was full most of the day. No restrooms and very crowded smaller beach space. We didn’t know this and found it important to share for families traveling. Seaside, Rosemary and Alys beach would be a great stay for location and convenience.
We loved staying at the tipsy turtle! My husband and I came for our babymoon! We loved the walkable area with the hub across the street with lots of shoppes and food! Very peaceful area with considerably less people than seaside area which we loved! The place was clean and free of clutter and absolutely beautiful! We felt right at home and are already talking about coming back next year with our little one! The golf cart was a big bonus! 10/10 recommend!

The Prominence community is located on HWY 30A between Seagrove and Alys Beach. Guests will enjoy easy access to the Big Chill, our two resort-style pools, and neighboring Deer Lake State Park with its nature trails and beach access.
“The Big Chill” (The Hub), is the community’s town center. It includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater that has a covered event pavilion. The Big Chill also has a great cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts and events! Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family “screen on the green”. There is entertainment most nights during the season. Several delights await you! Terrific BBQ, tacos, spirits, ice cream along with unique one-of-a-kind eateries to explore during your stay.
