Our stay was worth it. Maria always respond any of our questions or requests. The place is nice and we are able to enjoy the beach. Maybe just one suggestion, to put a sign outside so guests will know where to turn.

Property is located beach front. Spacious room and with 2 double sized beds. Only problem was no cellular connection and no free wifi available. You have to pay 5php for an hour of wifi. Internet should be free of charge given that theres no cell reception in the property.

Overall it's a great cozy place. It's not perfect but it's great especially if you want to relax and enjoy the beach. Things i liked: -spacious room -gated -one step away from the beautiful white sand beach -close to a restaurant owned by another beach resort -pets are allowed -functioning hot shower -peaceful/quiet -very responsive host -close to the main road -we were allowed to check in early -polite caretaker Didn't like: -disappointed about the fridge as it smelled like there's rotten fish inside so we didn't use it -too many dogs (at least 7 of them) that just enters the vicinity whenever they like and some of them were aggressive to our dog but they don't attack or bark at people. -WIFi is not free though you can avail them by inserting coins into their WIFI machine (10 peso per 3 hours) -Phone signal is not good in the area -No room keys were given so we were worried a bit about the security. Caretake just guided us to our room without giving us any further instructions.

perfect place if you want to have a quick getaway from the busy city life. New room and equipped with everything you need from drinking water, eating and cooking utensils. Ray and nanay (the caretaker) were very responsive, friendly and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The beach and sunset is just perfect! This is just a few meters away from Durhan and the place is very quiet and serene. Plus! they have very friendly dogs. The beds are comfy, and the linens are fresh and clean. Surely would visit this place again!
