On the lower floor, an open plan space with living-kitchen-dining area, is fully equipped to cater to all guests' needs including a fireplace for winter evenings. Sliding doors access a large balcony and ensure a light and airy feel. The upper floor has 3 spacious double bedrooms for the ultimate relaxation. Close to the centre of Nafplio and all amenities. With three bedrooms our maisonette is perfect for a medium sized family or group of friends, each having their own private space on the upper floor. Each of the bedrooms, very generous in size, are kitted out with a double bed and fitted wardrobes giving more than ample storage for each room and have either a large window or balcony doors. Bed linen is supplied. The open plan lounge - kitchen - dining area is decorated in a ultra-modern style with neutral tones matching the upper floor and gives a soothing atmosphere, easy on the eye and perfect for relaxation. The lounge itself has two large comfy sofas easily seating 6 people, a large (55") flat screen smart tv, a working fireplace for chilly winter evenings and balcony doors opening onto the balcony where there a table and chairs are at your disposal for eating outside or more generally enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen is very well equipped, has a large fridge freezer, full normal-sized cooker with oven, dishwasher, double sink, electric kettle, sandwich toaster, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee machine (with coffee pods) plus all cooking utensils, crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans that would be needed during your stay home from home. The stylish breakfast bar is excellent for not just breakfast but for any meal, just sitting or it is a great space to work from. There is also a washing machine that we consider essential when away from home and you will find one hidden away in its own cupboard on the upper floor, with a few washing pods ready to use. The dining area has a design wodden-topped table and is plenty roomy for 6 persons to sit and eat. There is a W.C. on the lower floor and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower with a rainfall showerhead on the upper floor. Towels are supplied.
