This unit was well appointed and beautifully decorated. As promised, plenty of starter-stuff! The condo amenities including a pool, easy access to the beach, local restaurants, Fort Clinch and down town Fernandina has made this a perfect place to stay! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The condo is very comfortable, extremely spacious and clean. I can’t think of a thing missing from an amenities perspective. The porch was better than expected - very large with 4 high top chairs and two tables (with room to spare). Hosts were very responsive. Very walkable- close to beach and safe neighborhood for long walks (head towards downtown). Kitchen was great, just keep the microwave fan on as the smoke detector is sensitive (we set off twice cooking basic dinners)!! The view from the master bedroom of the sunrise truly is great and the best part of beach vacations in my mind. Gets your day going! Fort Clinch next store really is a treasure, a must see.

Loved this condo! The only thing we could have better were: more towels and washcloths. And WiFi instructions were not known. A welcome binder with instruction etc would help, too. The sheets in master were old and the curtain rod fell several times when we were there. Also, the floor at the entrance of closet wasn’t secure. The condo was spacious and we are so grateful for our host! A wonderful week away and we hope you help us again find a place.

Carin’s condo is staged with beautiful, upscale furnishings that make you feel like you are really on vacation. Beds / mattresses were super comfortable for great night sleeps. Beautiful pool and whirlpool a step above other condos in the area. Best thing for us was how much fun we had biking Fletcher to The Ritz and biking Atlantic to the historic downtown. Great stay all around and I’d love to stay there again!
