Our place is great for work and pleasure.( home office with fast WiFi, and air conditioning .( Smart TV) . Everything is within walking distance to the Lagoa da Pampulha ; buy daily fresh bread at the Famous Pampulha bakery; eat at the Annela Italian restaurant, many bars, three supermarkets, sacolão ( fresh fruits and vegetables) drugs stores, health clinic, salon, gym, Central bus station and more. Federal University, and Mineirão (5 kilometers)museum of Art and more… Our apartment is located in the 2nd floor, ( no elevator- 16 stair steps). We have 3 bedrooms ( 2 bathrooms (suite/ social). One garage space)

The apartment impresses with its spaciousness and excellent amenities. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, while the spacious closets provide ample storage space. The cleanliness of the apartment is exceptional, contributing to a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend this accommodation. A small note: Since the apartment is on the second floor (that is: the top floor), it gets quite warm on sunny days. However it was mentioned that the acquisition of an air conditioning unit is being planned.
