Fancy Residential area, security 24/7, calm, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Designated walking area, golf courses, oxxo, beautiful gardens with spectaculars ocean view
There is a security gate at entrance.
You can walk through the neighborhood to enjoy the view.
There is one more space outside the garage door by the house but if need more space you can find empty spots on street and park there.
There are some small hills to walk, the view is amazing.
Because in Real de Mar used treated water to watering plants sometimes smell is strong
