SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: - Living area: 1 king-size bed (sleeps 2) PARKING: - Parking is limited at this property. and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. It is subject to a $55 nightly fee, which includes in-and-out privileges. Please note the maximum vehicle height allowed is 6.5 feet. Alternatively, you may explore nearby parking lots and street parking at your discretion. LIVING SPACE: - Full kitchen with dishes, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee maker - Ultra high-speed Wi-Fi - Smart TV - Approximately 1,037 square feet We have multiple Kasas in this building, and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos.

Exceeded all expectations. Fantastic view, great service. Amazing value for money
This place was absolutely amazing! Matched the pictures and exceeded expectations! Very clean and beautiful view of Hollywood and the sign! I appreciate how proactive Kasa was with their communication and how easy it was to check in and out. I only stayed a night but I wish I could have stayed longer.
Kasa was very responsive & helpful except on the morning of checkout: The system kept sending me numerous login prompts via text, though I was already logged in! Then it kept sending me alerts for a text login code, numerous times but not one case was texted. Our question before checkout was simple: we could not turn off the heater/AC which was not working per directions given to us. Each day we’d set it for 72 degrees F but return in the late afternoon to 85-90 degree F room! Same with waking up in the morning, it was entirely too hot for us and our pet. Directions stated turn left for cool & right for heat….?! Clearly, there’s a timer or something was awry and not working. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay, very clean! Except the poor homeless man then you get women sleeping in front of the building. So sad 😞
Great place for a good price. Place as clean & the interior was beautiful as in the photos. All the windows give an amazing view of downtown LA. The place is an apartment setting and is very secure. KASA seems to be more like a hotel than a host but this was no problem. Parking is atrocious, and is the only drawback of the listing. It is an additional $50 to park in the provided garage. I advise BNBers to pay the parking fee and not the $160 street parking ticket like me🙃.
