This 2,600 sq. ft villa is located on the upper floor, it has an amazing veranda that has a panoramic view our beach and the Caribbean Sea. These villas benefit from a Kind-sized bed in the master and a Queen-sized bed in the secondary bedrooms. The villa comes with a full kitchen, central AC, TV, internet, washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc. These villas are approximately 75 - 125 ft. away from the beach. Gold Standard Certified This condo also has a toaster, coffee maker, blender and more. The Rhum Shack restaurant & bar is adjacent. Close by we have reef fishing, snorkeling/diving, cruises, zip lining, jungle hikes, etc. We have just 18 condos at Seiri del Mar, so you can enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the Caribbean, without the crowds typical of other beachside resorts. On-site, we have a pool complete with chairs and loungers, a hot-tub and a toddler pool. The condo is located right beside the beach, and we even have complimentary paddle boards, bicycles and kayaks available for our guests to use. Last but not least; we have recently added a 200ft. dock, that stretches right out over the ocean, perfect for an evening stroll.

Great spot. Pool area is great. Large spacious condo for 6 adults. Can walk to a few restaurants or short drive to restaurants and grocery. Nice quiet friendly town. Appreciate the responsiveness and friendly staff.
Everything was great, the place is beautiful and Ratka was very informative about everything. The only negative about the trip was the booking excursion we paid for the private boat to fishing and snorkeling was not as expected, they came late almost an hour and rushed us off to go back for another group. We felt cheated and still have to pay full price plus tax that was not informed up front.
Ratka’s Villa was beautiful and looks I’d argue even better in person than in the photos. Her home was spacious, luxurious and peaceful. She thought of details that made the trip even better. Eva, the Villa’s manager was amazing. She helped to arrange airport transportation (ask for Javier he was amazing and very knowledgeable. Kenroy and Denroy were amazing drivers as well). Eva also helped us arrange excursions and rent golf carts. Thank you for making my birthday so special!!! I will definitely book again!
Incredible place to vacation! The accommodations are top notch and well cared for. We arrived early and they were very accommodating. The unit is very luxurious with great ocean views from the common areas, master bedroom, secondary bedroom, which are all connected to a private balcony deck with awesome views! The unit is very clean and has everything you'll need. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. Great pool and hot tub area. Nice sandy beach and a dock. We would definitely stay here again!

Hopkins is located 4 miles (6.4 km) east of the Southern Highway.
By Car: There are many options for rental cars at the airport in Belize City. From there, Seiri del Mar is a 2.5 hour drive. We suggest that drivers get on the Southern Highway and take the turn off for Hopkins at mile 10. The only gas station is at Sittee River, about 5 miles (8 km) south of Hopkins.
By Air: Travelers can fly from Belize City to Dangriga via a 15 minute commuter flight with Tropic or Maya air.
We have bicycles that are available to our guests free of charge for getting around. There are also golf cart rentals and taxi services.
