Our experience at this waterfront property was nothing short of wonderful, catering to the whims & fancies of all four families in our group. Loblolly's unique sleeping arrangements include cute boys & girls bunk rooms, a large master bedroom, a charming cabana house & a guest house. But Loblolly is more than a place to rest your head. The pier became our favorite daytime gathering space, offering serenity for book lovers & scenes of dolphins dancing against the sunset. For active pursuits, the property provided paddleboards & kayaks, along with a pool, hot tub & treehouse. The game room & pool table were a hit & the fire pit became the centerpiece of our nighttime gatherings (but prepare for tiny bug bites). The hospitality of our host, Andrea, made our stay exceptional. She checked on our comfort & enjoyment throughout our visit, and—thanks to her thoughtful alerts—we saw awe-inspiring rocket launches blazing over the treetops, a memory that will stay with us! Loblolly is a treasure.

Andreas home was beyond our expectations, it had everything and more for a huge family to stay entertained for weeks. Pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, arcade, air hockey, corn hole, foosball, board games, outdoor axe throwing, huge pirate tree house & swing set for children, fire pit by the water, lounge chairs out on long private pier... much more my brain can't remember them all. Kitchen was gourmet stocked. Andrea decorated the home with most BEAUTIFUL Christmas decorations, 2 Christmas trees with nautical themed deco & lovely huge lighted garland above on the vaulted ceiling angles and fireplace mantel with stockings... all had a wonderful homey feel. I have taken my huge large family with all our grandchildren on many trips in the last 20 years. NEVER ever have we been to such a lovely quaint inviting home that spewed 'love' towards all that enter its doors. There was room for 20, we did not fill up all the beds.
