Condominium unit is fully furnished located near NAIA airport and SM Bicutan. Place has a huge swimming pool (open 7am-8pm daily except Monday), a basketball court (from 9AM ), gym and walking paths all around. Free spacious parking slot is located at building basement. Clubhouse has an ATM machine, a convenience store, and laundry shop. Near the entrance to the Condominium complex are restaurants, eateries, laundromat, Puregold grocery and Uncle John’s convenience store. The space is a stylish 24 sqm 1 bedroom condo unit with a living room , bathroom and kitchen. Mirrored walls add an illusion of more space/area and reflect natural light to brighten the space. Earthy tone wall paper on a bedroom wall and a living room wall give the space depth and added style.

Value for money stay. Good location and facilities was good. Nice big swimming pool. Laundry and water on site. They have Sunday mass in the club house. Really good Catholic mass. The guards outside and inside the building very friendly. Two stores a pure gold mini mart and uncle John’s store at the entrance to the condominiums. 99 sizzling restaurant close walking distance and excellent food there!

Our stay is good, overall. Ms Marian and Sir Ramon si very responsive and attentive to our requests. If you are going to Terminal 1, this place is near.
The place was relaxing and it was really clean. We have everything that we need during our stay. Manang Jenny was very helpful during our check in she showed us everything. Oh, the parking was free, which is a rare experience for us. We usually have paid parking on our stays. We highly recommend Marian's place. Wonderful experience.
We stayed here for two days. It was very convenient especially due to the included parking which we really needed. Lots of restaurants outside the condominium.
