Under new property management with dates available after Feb 1 With downtown Paso Robles and some of the best east side wineries just a short drive away, Sunset Ranch gives you so many ways to plan your wine country experience. The house comes with large gathering spaces, plenty of games for the kids, full house Wifi, a big smart TV for movie night and scenic views to take your breath away. Immerse yourself in the wine county lifestyle. Stay a weekend or a week, it will be very hard to leave! The house is a single level ranch-style house with all 3 bedrooms situated on the far north side of the house and living room on the far south side. The garage has been converted to a game room with ping pong table, pool table, dart board, and basketball game. The house comes with a fully equipped indoor kitchen, outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and Santa Maria grill, Hot Tub and multiple lounging areas with incredible views.

Beautiful house with lots of activities/amenities. Wish we could stay longer to enjoy all of them. Host was very responsive when we had questions and provided comprehensive instructions to facilitate check-in and check-out. There were very detailed instructions on amenities, including how to optimize the thermostat. I will just say the location is a bit remote and advise travelers to drive safe at night as there isn't street lighting on the roadway leading up to the house. But the house/property is very well lit once you get to the gate! Thank you for having us.

Located in a idllylic nature setting. The house is situated overlooking a beautiful valley with gorgeous rolling hills in the background. Each evening you can watch the sunset from many different areas of the home. The house feels homey and live-in. The outdoor grill is big and burns very hot, so you can have dinner ready for a whole family in no time. We had a great time staying here. Our only little mishap was with the gate. Make sure you wait a good five seconds after the gate is open before driving through, otherwise it will close on you and scratch the entire side of your car. Thankfully my husband was a good sport about it, but we are going to have to pay a pretty penny at the body shop after our accident.

We had a wonderful time at Matthew’s listing. It was beautiful, peaceful, and well worth the price to stay there. We are already trying to plan another trip. Matthew was very responsive and easy to communicate when contacted him regarding something out of his control.

Quiet valley neighborhood built up of multi acre ranchettes.
There is enough room at the house for a total of 4 cars. Wine tour busses, limos and ride sharing can easily pull up on the street when booked. It is not recommended that they enter the gate due to a lack of turn around.
