It’s a very quiet and safe neighborhood. A 20 minute walk to the city center and a 10 minute walk to another part of town with interesting restaurants, shops and a huge park makes it a great location.
It’s a 5 minute walk to a bus stop that has many buses going to the city centre and takes 10 minutes.
It’s street parking but there are always spaces available
