Experience what country life is like with a peaceful getaway - away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs and a cat that roam the property - and may visit the front porch. Fully stocked kitchen. Queen bed and two twins in the loft. The cottage is approx 30 ft behind owner-occupied home on 6 acres. There is a private gravel driveway that will take you to the cottage. This is a country setting so there may be some wildlife occasionally. We have some farm animals as well as a dog and a cat. **IMPORTANT - the stairs to the loft are steep. We LOVE children but because of the steep stairs, we put a strong precaution on allowing little ones to use them without adult supervision. **

Such a beautiful little cottage. I came down to visit family, location was perfect for all of the areas I wanted to visit (Oak ridge / Knoxville / Gatlinburgh). Flavio & Hanna were very responsive with anything we needed. I’d have to say Duke and Hank were the best little pick me up everyday.
Booked this place for a wedding and couldn’t have had a better experience. Quaint little home on a small farm and an added bonus of two little friendly guard dogs named Hank and Duke. Would definitely recommend if staying in the Loudon area and would definitely book again.
It's such a pleasure to stay in this beautiful little cottage. If you need a peaceful getaway, this is the place! Hanna's attention to detail and comfort are evidenced in the decor and all the extras. I wish we could come back more often!

We have lived on this property for ten years and completely renovated the inside of our own home. Hanna is a momma to five and homeschools. Flavio works at the y12 nuclear plant in Oak Ridge. Hanna loves projects and usually has something new going on around the property - and is so blessed to have a handy husband!
