Phaedrus Living is great host! We have got a few small issues but resolved immediately. Pictures of this apartment are exactly like it looks in real, the only difference l have found - the shutters looks blue at the pictures, but they are dark colour there. Byzantium Modern City apartment is located by one of main roads of Paphos so 1 of the bedroom and living room might be noisy at night. Parking is free. Beach 10 minutes away. Two of Paphos bus stations within walking distance, nearest bus stop by the next building. Communal swimming pool next to the building which we were allowed to use. Both bedrooms and living room had Air conditioning. Kitchen is small but well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and huge fridge and freezer. Flat is prepared for maximum 6 people but cutlery and plates are for more than that. Balcony is twice as big as kitchen with little banana tree in the pot, table and chairs. Bedrooms had a lot of storage space. Beds and sofa comfortable.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped and maintained. All the amenities exactly as described. Location and size of the apartment was perfect. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, good selection of pots, kitchenware and appliances. The only downside was not very clear process of check-in. Provided instructions were not 100% clear. It was clarified by the host very quickly after contacting them. (Tip: For opening the main gate please use black pin pad and lockbox with the keys is located inside apartment’s mailbox) Overall very good value for money and one of the nicest apartments we had during our stay in Cyprus.
