Shinobu was so helpful when a mistake in our travel plans had us arriving a day earlier than we had booked for. When we asked her for help she was responsive immediately and although we couldn't check in a day early because the room was occupied she found us an alternative accommodation and even allowed us to stay past the checkout time for our convenience.
Great lodging! This place has 5 American queen size beds over two bedrooms and is easy to find and access. The location is great, easy walk or transit from the train station to the house, and easily walkable to the major covered shopping area, to the peace memorial and other local attractions. The Hiroshima bus center is also close by, to get to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.
